The location was close to my purpose, and condiments and honey, sugar etc were provided, it was newly appointed,

The bedroom was too bright and in the wrong part of the house as it was on the street in between 3 street light, also the windows were opaque from not having been cleaned, for a long time , Im aware of that being near the sea it is more difficult to keep clean! Beware to not push completely the range slider security latch at the top right of the door, as it get stuck and is very difficult to undo!
