The TV had a DVD player

No toilet paper. Don't worry they left us 6 napkins to use. Bed was old and shitty Room was disgusting, stains on all furniture, chairs included Fridge didn't work TV remote didn't work on the TV, only the cable box. Paid for 2 beds. Room only had 1.

No breakfast

TV had no connection cord, no remote, and no way to fix at the time we checked in. I was to be in a two bed room, was moved to a one bed, then only provided with one washcloth, one bath towel, one hand towel. Someone had a pet in the bed, and probably top bedding hadn't been washed, so my allergies kicked in horribly. The only thing I could do was wear a covid mask all night. You may think you're doing pet lovers a service by allowing them to stay, but you're jeopardizing allergic human's health! Who's most important? Does Muffy pay the bill??

It was a nice hotel. They are in the process of remodeling but they will accommodate your needs. Tim the guy that runs it was very nice to us and made sure we had what we needed.

I paid for a double queen room and they gave me a room with one bed, no TV, no nothing! It was like a little closet room and the door to get into the room was like a hole cut into the wall (honestly it was like a jail cell)! I was so embarrassed because I had invited a few friends to share the room with me!

Room wasn't clean the floor was not vacuumed dirty as hell showerhead was disgusting No toilet paper in the room don't think the bedding was washed. During the state fair if I could have got a room somewhere else I would have. Should have slept in the car.

Absolutely everything. Check in could not be completed on time. Room did not have a tv, toilet paper, shower curtain, hand soap, towels, toilet had a strange substance floating on the top of the water, possibly bugs or tobacco & toilet was iffy for flushing. We didn’t sleep or stay in the room, we slept in our truck in the parking lot & only “ stayed” one night. Carpets were puckered and dirty, front lobby couches and carpet were very dirty

No bkfst , no tv, no nothing! Place should be bulldozed down ! We bought our own sheets, shower curtain , toilet paper, soaps and Lysol to clean our room. Complete mess is putting it politely .

The manager did try his best to keep customers happy, I believe things are way out of his control and he has been given the short end of a very small stick. But at some point he needs to take a stand it is not ok to run a business like this room's were not ready at all the hotel should stop booking rooms until things are handled properly and fixed right now it looks like a addict crash pad.

Could not even get into my room until 430 pm, bed by the window was broken fridge was dirty top was dirty room was dirty curtains didn't close numbers on doors have no order was promised a smart TV would be in room after I attended a concert couldn't get my key to room until after the concert never got a TV the property is run down I did not stay in room and am currently trying to get ahold of a manager because my account has been charged twice.

The 3 front desk women were amazing friendly and very helpful.

Management wasnt very friendly and was very rude at times..id only stay here if I was low on money
