Location and size of the apartment, fast WiFi

Unclean & rundown, insufficient crockery for 4 people, too much time has passed since its photos weee taken. Dirty Ashtray and balcony area

It was large, plenty of space and just off main strip so very quiet but just a couple of minutes walk to restaurants and bars and sea

There was no safe which was a bit nerve racking, but the place is very secure, and we had no problems

Läget var bäst. Nära till stranden och allt annat. Vi landade mycket tidigare än incheckningstiden, men fick ändå checka in. Kontakten med värden var bra, svaret kom omedelbart. Och fullt fungerande AC i alla rum.

Städningen var inte det bästa. Saknades en del saker, t.ex duschdraperi i badrummet. Strykjärn och fler saker hemma hade europeisk elkontakt. Fanns endast en dörrnyckel (vi var 5 vuxna personer). Gamla illaluktande föremål i badrumsskåpet.

The apartment has several positive aspects. It is quite spacious and can accommodate up to seven people, which makes it a practical option for larger groups. The location itself is very good, with easy access to the surrounding area. There is a functioning washing machine, which was very useful during our stay. The kitchen provides glasses, plates, bowls, cutlery and other basic items, and you can manage reasonably well with what is available. However, there is not a complete matching set of everything for seven people, so sometimes you need to improvise. Another very useful feature for a larger group is that, besides the main bathroom with a bathtub, toilet and sink, there is a separate additional room with another toilet and sink. We initially booked the apartment for two people, but our plans changed and we ended up being five guests. We contacted the accommodation, they agreed to the change, and we paid the additional fee online. Communication regarding this was easy and straightforward. We had also read in previous reviews that the bathtub did not have a shower curtain. During our stay, there was one, so this issue seems to have been addressed. The towels and bed linen were clean as well.

Unfortunately, there were also several significant negative aspects. By far the biggest problem was the noise. The apartment is directly next to a very busy main road, and traffic continues throughout the night. You can hear practically everything from all the rooms. When larger trucks passed by, it sometimes felt as if the walls were vibrating. If you are a sensitive sleeper, getting a good night's sleep here can be extremely difficult. Another disadvantage is that there is no dedicated parking space for the apartment. You have to find a parking spot yourself wherever one happens to be available in the surrounding area. This is worth keeping in mind if you are travelling by car. The apartment had been cleaned on a basic level, but it was definitely not as clean as we would have expected, and there was room for improvement. The bathtub was another concern. There is a visible crack at the front, and that part of the bathtub felt unstable. Every time we showered, we were worried that it might break, so we deliberately stayed towards the back of the bathtub. The water pressure was also quite low, and the shower hose occasionally stopped working properly, causing the water to come out through the bathtub tap instead. Finding the apartment for the first time was surprisingly difficult. The building itself is relatively easy to locate, but finding the actual entrance to the accommodation was confusing. We tried calling for help but did not receive an answer by phone. Fortunately, they responded quite promptly through Booking messages and provided additional directions, and eventually we managed to find the entrance. Another important point is that we would not describe this apartment as "luxury" at all, despite the word being used in the listing title. The apartment is rather old, and the furniture is visibly used and in some places damaged or cracked.
