Upper Eyton Farmhouse B&B

Lovely setting, perfect location for us to attend a wedding nearby. Greg and Dawn were so hospitable and the breakfast was amazing!

The room was compact, not much space to hang clothes, but our stay just required a comfortable bed, clean room and facilities to make a hot drink which were all available.

Appealing house and very clean and comfortable place to stay Bar was appreciated. Excellent breakfasts with all tastes catered for. Our hosts Dawn and Greg were very kind and attentive when one of us was taken ill.

wish we could have finished our visit

Lovely relaxed atmosphere and the bed was very comfortable and we slept well. The breakfast and staff were brilliant.

Pretty house in a pretty area with generous breakfast.

Unfortunately our first impression was not good - we arrived later than we would have liked (about 6:45 pm) to a completely empty and dark house - a sign on the door asked us to call but we have tourist e-sims that don’t allow calls - we’d had absolutely zero messages before our arrival - we could have explained prior and asked for a key to be left somewhere. I note other reviews also mention this. We had a local dinner reservation so it was all a bit stressful. The next day the hosts were friendly and pleasant but by then we were a bit past it. The room was tiny and the bathroom even smaller. The bed was uncomfortable. The TV was not ‘smart’ so there was not even a bit of diversion available. Particularly annoying, the listing advertises ‘electric car charging’ but there is none - we were almost out of km and barely made it to a charger the next day - this sort of false advertising is very annoying. The breakfast was a good “full English” which unfortunately did not suit my digestion and I felt quite unwell for the rest of the day.
