The property was nice and had a great view and great access to the beach. Super close to a lot of things and spacious. Everywhere we went was either walking distance or within 2 miles. The original form to fill out was not very explanatory as far as children go. I labeled the two young children we brought and their ages, but it wasn’t clear that I needed to add them to the “pool pass count” at the bottom which caused a breakdown in communication. (Since wristbands are placed in the condo prior to arrival.) I think the miscommunication could’ve been avoided when I submitted the form 3 mths prior. The fire alarm is super sensitive and also went off for no reason the first morning we were there (6 am). The dryer didn’t work and washing machine was very finicky. We did get a quick response to get the dryer operating again though. The master suite bed was extremely uncomfortable but all the other beds were pretty good! The floor/rug was already sandy when we got there and there wasn’t a dust pan that we could find when we swept, but maybe it was hiding where we couldn’t see it. It was nice to have a parking space one floor down from our room and the other car we brought was able to find a space in the overflow parking in the parking garage, but there were only 8 spaces available for that and more parking was a little ways down the street. Everything was extremely safe and we had good communication with the host. All of the workers on the property was super nice as well!

The condo was beautiful and spacious. The beach access was so easy. We had a wonderful time!

The condo was very spacious, felt very private, and had a beautiful view of the ocean from the balcony. The rooms were beautifully furnished. The balcony was open both to the east and to the south, which gave us a lot of great sunshine. Parking was convenient. The kitchen was fully equipped, the washer and dryer were handy, and bathroom towels and beach chairs were provided. Two of the bathroom shower rods were curved but not pointed in the right direction. The floors had not been fully cleaned before we arrived, because we found parts of a broken necklace underneath the dining room table and our feet picked up dirt from the floor when we arrived. The sink in the master bathroom drained a bit slowly. The blackout drapes in the living room and bedroom had a musty smell and could possibly trigger allergic reactions for sensitive people. It is likely from the moist sea air, but it might be prudent to have a different type of curtain there to prevent mildew. Overall, it was a great place to stay, and I am only mentioning the negative things to help the owner increase the likelihood of having positive reviews and repeat customers in the future.

The first night the dry was not working and the next day I was informed they would have to order a part. We were without a dryer our entire stay. We were not able to do any laundry. Also the parking garage has pipes running across the ceiling and when we opened our hatch it hit it and dented and took the paint off. The bed in the spare bedroom was awful. The only plus was the size of the condo but not much setting in the living room. The view from the balcony was of the out dated condo and blocked the view of the beach. The refrigerator did not have much space for groceries either! I hope this helps with future quest.
