The balcony overlooking the port.
Having to go through a communal area (shared kitchen) to get to our bathroom/toilet.

Location was great.
Communications with the agent was very clean.
Unable to get the TV to work.
The coffee machine in the room needed cleaning and descaling.
The cabinet / worktop surround which was around the bathroom basin was completely cracked, and had been poorly covered with mastic sealant.
The extremely small lift meant it took two trips, to get us and the luggage to the flat.
