Sweet Dreams Guest House

We loved out stay here, just a one night stopover before our cruise the next day. The owners were very helpful, they offered to collect us from airport and take us to ship at a reasonable cost. Great communication.

Host communication and friendliness. Well equipped immaculate room. Close to cruise port. Pick up and drop offs at fair prices. Lift. Beautiful modern bathroom.

Nothing it was perfect.

Ideal location in the old town centre with so many cafes and restaurants around and Nicola and Elena were very helpful organising helping us, offering recommendations and sorting little extras out (we drink a lot of tea!) There is a supermarket about 2 mins up the street (open 8-20, 7 days) so if you don’t breakfast like the Italians you can stock up and use the tables in the communal area. There are only 3 rooms and it was all very friendly whilst we were there. There is a small lift to access the property floor - it just took the two of us and our luggage. We also used the launderette about 5 mins walk away (quieter during the Italian lunch break at the weekends). Would definitely come back for our next sailing from here.

Just be aware that you are above the road through town so we could hear the emergency ambulances going by below (I’m a light sleeper)

Wonderful lovely room; felt very comfortable and safe. Had all the extras that a five star hotel would have, wonderful amenities, even slippers! Would I recommend the Sweet Dreams Guest House? I absolutely would and we plan on staying there again next year when we sail again!
