I'm from Pensacola and bring my kids back every summer. This was the first time we stayed at this property and I hope it's not the last! It was great! Plenty of room for the 9 of us and our little dog. The fenced backyard was great us to hang out and made it easy for the dog. It's super convenient to walk to the beach just steps away. My absolute favorite part of the house was the outdoor shower! I didn't take one shower inside...not the entire stay!

The rental agents were great. They accommodated a few requests we had thank you for making the process smooth. The renovations since our stay four years ago are very beautiful. Loved the outdoor fire pits. We were celebrating my sister 60th birthday Everyone said the same thing the home is relaxing and terrific location. It has everything you need. This property is very well maintained. Will definitely use your services again.

We stayed at this property for Pensacola Beach Brawl. The location is perfect as we were able to ride our bikes to and from the property to our venue destination. The reason I chose the property was due to the dog friendly home with a fenced in yard. Upon further review of the rules there was a $300 PER DOG non-refundable fee!!! Not so pet friendly after all. We opted to not bring our fur babies. I emailed the company several times to try to negotiate this fee & never received a response. Will never rent this property again. The house was older & the furniture a tad tired but it was clean for the most part. We did find many roaches in the kitchen and bathroom. Yuck! Pest control is needed.
