Appartamento ristrutturato nell'agosto 2016 con 2 camere da letto e un bagno si trova nel pieno centro della città, a pochi metri dalle Ramblas e dal famoso Portal del Ángel, e accanto alla Chiesa di Santa Anna.
Bisogna salire una stretta scala di 29 gradini per raggiungere l'ascensore.
Il salone dispone di televisione a schermo piatto, tavolo da pranzo con sedie e accesso a un balcone che si affaccia su una famosa strada commerciale nel centro della città. La cucina è integrata e completamente attrezzata.
La camera da letto principale ha un letto matrimoniale e la seconda camera da letto è dotata di due letti singoli.
Il bagno dispone di doccia.
Vengono fornite asciugamani e biancheria da letto all'arrivo.
Gli appartamenti possono variare per quanto riguarda l'arredamento e la distribuzione degli spazi, ma tutti hanno le stesse caratteristiche generali. Al suo arrivo le verrà assegnato un appartamento specifico.

Very well located place to stay in the Gothic Quarter nestled between La Rambla and Avda. del Portal de l'Àngel on a pedestrian alley. Convenient to many bakeries for breakfast items, convenience stores for your immediate needs. Walking distance to many tourist areas. The apartment itself is comfortable and updated and stock with necessities. Great communication from our host and even arranged a taxi for us for our departure.
One thing to note if you have more than two staying here, stagger your showers or you may run out of hot water.
All in all this was a great and convenient place for us to stay. It served us well.

This was our first time in Barcelona, and the location is right in the middle of everything. The property was updated and had everything we needed. Very small bathroom and one bedroom only had two twin beds, but for just the two of us it was fine. Bells start going off at 8 in the morning, so definitely recommend a sound machine app! The trickiest part, as I've seen other travelers also mention in the reviews, was the electronic key on the app. I was working on wifi only, so if I wasn't on wifi I wasn't able to open the app to get the Bluetooth key open. Once we signed on the first time I was able to reach wifi in the doorway, but before that I had to call customer support (again from another phone since I could not call off of wifi). They picked up and were very helpful. It would have been even better if they had the wifi information on the check in email.
Thanks so much for a great stay overall! Felt very safe and would highly recommend.
