Villa Epicure is very clean and one of the best-equipped houses in which we have stayed over the last 40 years! The house has one great room with very interesting decorations. It includes a large dining table and chairs. The sitting area of the room is between large double doors on each side which provide cross-ventilation, which was most helpful when temperatures climbed to 27 degrees F higher than normal during 2 days of our trip. On each side of the room were outdoor areas with dining tables and chairs--you could change seating plans based upon sun and climate during eadh day.Although situated in a suburb, the house was very private. On one side is a pasture visited by sheep and goats--but no odors. Our Facetime calls with our 2-year old grandson were excited with our videos of the animals on the other side of the fence!Cocoonr staff was very responsive to our every need. Their management systems and staff were the best.As others have noted, however, the refrigerator is inadequate for a large group. We were 4-9 (depending on the day), but the small refrigerator was inadequate for all of our food and beverages--especially because shelves in the refrigerator and its doors were broken and could not hold bottles or most food packages. Saint-Lunaire was a wonderful place to visit. Each morning a short walk took us to a wonderful boulangerie. The beaches in town and next to it were wonderful.Larger groups should consider the layout of the bedrooms and bathrooms.

Villa Épicure Beautiful house and location! So nice for a quiet family trip!

Villa Épicure Beautiful house. Ideal for families with lots of kids, great location, friendly host, lovely welcome gift that was highly appreciated and tasty. Easy communication. Private parking right outside the house, could fit 3 cars. We enjoyed our time there and would welcome the idea of returning one day. Thank you!

Quelle déception en arrivant, en découvrant l’environnement de cette maison par ailleurs agréable et bien conçue! Prix beaucoup trop élevé compte tenu de cette situation!
