Located in Saint-Alban, a few kilometres from the beaches of Pléneuf-Val-André, this beautiful 200 m² house welcomes you for a stay with family or friends. Able to accommodate up to 15 people, it offers an ideal setting for convivial holidays, with its heated private swimming pool, garden and various living spaces allowing everyone to make the most of their stay comfortably.



Outside, you will enjoy a pleasant enclosed garden and a spacious 150 m² terrace, ideal for sharing good times in the open air. A real asset of the property, the heated private swimming pool, accessible from 27 March to 7 November, will allow you to cool off during the summer days. The garden furniture, comprising an outdoor lounge, a large table, sun loungers and a plancha will be at your disposal to relax and organise delicious meals.



Inside, discover a vast bright and convivial living space, opening onto the terrace and pool thanks to large glass doors. The lounge, furnished with two comfortable sofas, an armchair and a television, invites you to rest after a long day of exploring the surroundings. The dining area has a large table that can accommodate up to 16 people, ideal for sharing meals all together. The kitchen, open to the living space, is fully equipped: induction hob, refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle and everything you need to cook as at home.



For sleeping, the house has 4 sleeping areas spread between one large dormitory bedroom and 3 independent studios:

- Bedroom 1 (dormitory): 4 bunk beds each made up of 2 single beds (90x190), as well as a bunk bed with a double bed (140x190) at the bottom and a single bed (90x190) above, totalling 11 beds.

- Studio 1: a mezzanine with a Queen Size bed (160x200) and a sofa bed convertible into a double bed (140x190) in the lounge.

- Studio 2: a mezzanine with a Queen Size bed (160x200) and a sofa bed convertible into a double bed (140x190) in the lounge.

- Studio 3: a sofa bed convertible into a double bed (140x190) in the lounge.



The three studios each offer their own living space, allowing for greater privacy and independence. They include a small lounge with sofa and television, a dining area and a kitchenette equipped with electric hobs, a refrigerator, a microwave, a filter coffee maker, a toaster and a kettle. Each studio also has a private bathroom with shower and WC. All studios have direct access to the terrace and swimming pool, to make the most of the outdoor spaces.



A bathroom equipped with two showers and a hairdryer as well as an independent WC are also available in the main part of the house.



Five private parking spaces are available on the grounds, in front of the house. A storage room allowing you to store up to 15 bicycles is also at your disposal, ideal for cycling enthusiasts.



To make your stay easier, the house also has a washing machine, an iron and a travel cot. A table tennis table will also be available from spring 2027.
