Clean, comfortable, and has all the basics.
Great base for exploring the area.
To shower rooms a bonus with there being so many of us. Garden is lovely to sit out and have meals when the weather is good.
No bath sheets (bath and hand towels are provided, but bath sheets would be nice too)
A sun parasol or shade for the patio would have been good.

Easily accessible double bedroom and two shower rooms on ground floor. Spotlessly clean linens. Close to supermarkets, shopping, city centre. Host was great, very attentive, communications helpful and responded immediately.
All was good.

Lots of spece for sleeping, enclosed garden, handy for us while visiting family for Christmas. All the things we needed for a few days were there. Loved the local shops and facilities.
The living areas a little crowded for five, but OK. Knives need sharpening.

The location was good and there was always a place to park opposite the house. The house was about three doors down from a off-licence and a short drive from the main town, or short walk to Fratton town. It had everything you would need for a short stay. Some areas looked a little tired, but overall the place was clean and tidy.
The living room was small and somewhat uncomfortable as were the dining chairs. The outside patio furniture was better and luckily weather was nice where we could sit outside and enjoy the sun, although one evening the neighbours played music until 1am. The house is unusual and long and narrow and very much a student accomodation vibe.
