Great location, easy access and good communication from the owner. Facilities are basic but good, rooms clean and comfortable.

Some areas the bathroom require lime descaling

The accommodation was perfect

Nothing

Everything from the location to the living room bedroom EVERYTHING

There is nothing to dislike

The location was good for us. Close to the hover craft dock and also a short walk to both train stations and the Historic Dockyard. There were a couple of places close by to eat and a convenience store close by for anything else. The neighborhood is quiet and we felt safe to walk anywhere at anytime.

The wifi did not work for us and we needed to rely on it due to a service provider problem with my cell. The instructions had 2 different networks to connect with and neither showed up in our available networks. Tried contacting the property manager via their accommodation site but they were unavailable. Tried texting with the provided number but it wouldn't go through. After finally getting a hold of the contact person I was provided with a different phone number to text to, which did work. After texting a question about the wifi and a few other general questions, never did get a response. It was great to have a wash machine as we were getting to the end of our vacation. Not so great that there was no place to dry them (one of my questions). After 2 days of hanging to dry inside the unit, our clothes were only marginally dry.
