We really enjoyed our stay! The location was great, with most of Rome’s main sights within walking distance. The apartment was spacious enough for six people, very clean and comfortable. The staff were also very responsive and attentive whenever we needed anything. Overall, we had a lovely experience

Nothing major at all. The bathrooms are a little older compared to the rest of the apartment, and the living room sofa wasn’t the most comfortable for sleeping. These are just small things to note and didn’t negatively affect our overall stay.

Great communication and welcoming host, Umar was very helpful showing us around the property and making sure we had all the information. Excellent location about 15mins walk to the vatican, pantheon and trevi fountain, etc. It made taking a stroll down riverside or historic area anytime easier. Air conditioning is powerful, absolutely essential for the hot summer. Great decor. Beds are comfortable, showers are good, well equipped kitchen, and having a lift is wonderful. The only part is that it wasn't made known that the second bedroom is adjacent to the master room, meaning you'll have to pass through it to the living room and kitchen. This seems to do with Booking.com room advert settings that restricted additional info provided for each different apartment. It didn't caused much trouble to us since we had only one other family member, so do check with the property for more info during booking, they are very helpful and responsive. The best stay I had so far on my 4th visits to Rome.

There are noise from the streets early in the morning during days where bins are being collected otherwise very quiet street, apparently it only woken me up but not the rest of us so I won't take this as a big deal.

The location of the apartment is excellent - less than 10 minutes walk to St Peter's and in easy reach of Piazza Navona and onwards to the Trevi Fountain. There's an excellent bus network just metres from the front door that made travel to the Colosseum and other sites easy. The apartment is well furnished and very spacious compared to many similar apartments. The air conditioning was excellent - we were there in 38C temps and the apartment stayed nice and cool. Also, there's a lift that opens right into the apartment.

The lighting was a bit dark in the living area.

Location

It is a very basic apartment located on a fairly busy, small street. Sleeping with the windows open was a problem. The doorknob on one of the rooms was falling off, and flushing the toilet in one of the bathrooms was a challenge. It was unfortunate that we were not able to get a late checkout. Our flight was at 15:30, and we had to vacate the apartment by 10:00 am. But we noticed that the guest after us was granted an early check-in time. The number of messages from the property was absolutely excessive. Emails were redundant and unnecessary. Same with communication with the host. I wonder why we don't make it either and install a lock box for everybody's convenience.
