Location was excellent ! And it was a nice cosy place
The fact that everything has to be cleaned up and put into cupboards at the the end of the stay

The location is 100/10 especially for the Christmas market, the balcony overlooks the main strip. The room is very big and if you have a few people it does not feel cramped.
They left a bottle of complimentary wine
Accommodation was warm
There was no hot water on the first night, there is an awful smell in the hall way which yo can then smell in the accommodation
Did not know how to turn water and heating on. There were no instructions
