Good location to attend a Long Boat Key wedding. Office staff very helpful with guidance about island traffic / travel times. Beautiful beach just across the street!

We stayed in the 3-bedroom unit and had a fantastic stay! The apartment was super clean and comfortable—just a short distance from the beach (literally across the street). I would definitely stay here again!

Very very close to the beach the property offers chairs beach side that are loungers which was very nice. We went the hottest week of the year and the AC had no problems cooling our unit down Roomy and clean.

Great location right across the street from the beach. Crossing the street by a curve was a little scary,thought. Condo was clean and bedrooms roomy. Loved having a kitchen to cook meals. Plenty of towels and loved thatv your could exchange them daily. Pool area was nice. Most of the guests were regulars and super friendly.

We stayed with another couple. We each had our own bedroom and our own private bathroom. Plus we had a third bedroom for our 2 daughters to share. Beds were comfy and the place was clean. Walk across the road and you’re on the beach! The front office was very friendly. They returned my phone call in a timely manner and were easy to work with. Great location. We had a <10 minute walk to Bridge St to all the cute restaurants and bars and the Bridge St Pier. We really enjoyed our stay and our time on Anna Maria Island! Can’t wait to return!

This place is a hidden gem. Great location, great view, great host, and easy check in and out. Its smaller and not as high end as some other places but everything worked fine and fit our needs.

The property is clean and the staff are friendly folks and always around to help. The property is less than 100’ to the beach and because of its location and lounge deck you get a perfect veiw of the beach and ocean. The pool is enclosed and clean.

It was easy to check in and the manager was so helpful and kind. The condo was spotless and the perfect size for our family: three adults and two children. The pool was great. The kids called it our holiday house. We were across the street from the beach. I'd love to go back!

Great beach access, without the crowds!
This was our first trip to Anna Maria Island. I was at first nervous that we were not staying in Anna Maria Beach. This property was so conveniently located to the local beach and after going to Anna Maria Beach for a day, we preferred our location. It was a bonus that the complex offered beach chairs, umbrellas and beach toys. Because we were in the middle of AMI, we could easily take day trips to Longboat Key, Sarasota, Lido Key, etc. There are so many beaches to explore! The unit was equipped and clean. Michael, in the office, was always very helpful. I thought there was a beachfront restaurant mentioned in the listing, but honestly, it was so easy to go to our unit for lunch. And the free AMI trolley was great to go to Bridge Street for dinner.

Hot tub, pool, beach, what more could you ask for? Walked to Gulf Drive Cafe for a few meals as the trolley was notoriously late whenever we needed it. I will never go near a holiday again but so enjoyed our place.

Amazing location that had a wonderful view of the gulf from the sun deck. Bed box springs were load, but overall the bed were good enough to sleep on. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent location
This is a great place to stay as it's in between Anna Maria Island and Bridge Street. Bridge Street has many excellent restaurants/bars and offers a cool vibe to hang out. It is about a 20 minute walk to Bridge Street or 5 minute trolley ride which we did often. This avoided having to find a place to park. It's also right across the street to the beach and has a small pool which was nice as it blocked the wind and we did have some windy days which didn't make the beach ideal. Overall we'd go back.

Great overall
We had a lovely spring break on the beach! The location is absolutely perfect, just a quick walk across the street and our feet were in the sand!. The unit was clean and comfortable.
My only complaint is that the kitchen is not well stocked at all. We only had 5 forks, two of the pots had no lids, there were no large bowls and it was difficult to cook. We managed, but it would have been easier with a few more items in the kitchen.

Our flight got cancelled and we had to find a place to stay. Martha was amazing and SO accommodating. The condo was beautiful and had everything we needed for a day at the beach. Close to fun restaurants and the trolley stops. Would definitely stay an entire week next time we’re at AMI.

Awesome Experience
The main draw to this property is its proximity to the beach. With beach access just across the street, it was exactly what we were looking for. And for the evenings, we had the ability to hop in the pool and hot tub on the property as well. It's also close enough to shops and restaurants to get out and enjoy some local entertainment. Would definitely recommend staying!

We were lucky to find this place. Located not far from restaurants and bars. Next time we will hope for warmer weather.
