Perfect little updated cottage close to everything. Clean, well-equipped, comfortable. Really enjoyed private patio!

We loved our stay at Barb and Dave’s place! (It was amazing to have this comfy & cozy cottage to stay in between shuffleboard, mini golf, ice cream trips, and strolling around downtown lakeside!) This place has everything you need, a nice kitchen, an AC unit, quaint bathroom + shower, and a small outdoor place to relax in the evening. It was located super close to the Hoover auditorium and downtown area. We parked in the local lot close the house which was great when we explored outside of community. We already can’t wait to come back to Barb and Dave’s place! What an absolute joy to stay to show Lakeside to my wife. 😀

Was quaint and peaceful for a weekend get-a-way!

I had a last minute chance to get away. Lakeside properties are typically Saturday to Saturday, so to find this studio available Tuesday through Sunday was ideal. The location was close to downtown and super clean. The best part was the private patio. I was outside the entire get-away! Certainly hope to stay here again, Thank you!

Cute little place stocked with everything you could need. Within walking distance to everything downtown. Quiet and private. We loved it!

My wife and I stayed here last week and couldn’t have been happier! The property was perfect for our stay, with everything we needed. We’ve stayed at the two hotels in Lakeside previously and this little place is so much better and way cleaner! I can’t imagine staying anywhere else in Lakeside the next time we visit. Thanks for letting us rent your little gem.

We had a super week at this cottage. Fully furnished, walk to town and Lake Erie. Perfect for a couple. Excellent communication with owners. We will be back to stay again!

My husband and I came for a family reunion and this location was absolutely perfect for us! So close to everything we liked to do from going to Coffee & Cream a few times per day, to enjoying the dock and activities, to visiting our families in their respective cottages, we were never more than a few mins walk away. The AC worked really well and kept us cool while we slept. The property is so cute, decorated in the classic lakeside style, and the perfect size for a couple or a single, depending on the size of bed you're used to. We had no issues with sleeping comfortably and it was really nice that linens were provided! Sheets, bath towels, and kitchen towels were all there for us to use and drop in the laundry basket when we left. There was a nice little set of dishes to use, microwave, toaster, fridge, and oven/stove (though we didn't use all the things) and that was all very much appreciated. We did use the WiFi and we were relaxin' too hard to really utilize the cable TV but that was available too! Barb was super easy to chat with and so welcoming! She and her husband were hanging out at their place to make sure we got in okay and had all we needed. She thought of everything! It felt like coming home! 10/10 would recommend! We signed the little guest book and told our family members about how great our little home-away-from-home was! Thank you thank you thank you!!

This is the cutest cottage! So cozy, SO CLEAN, great use of space and furniture! Quite the surprise to see a full kitchen and new bath. The owners were extremely friendly and very accommodating. Look forward to renting it again next year!

This was our first stay-cation at Lakeside. The first thing that impressed us was how quiet it was. We arrived on a Thursday but the entire wekend was so peaceful. This property was exactly as described: cute, cozy, and just right for two people. It was very clean and had the amenities we needed. The favorite spot for me was the small patio outside our door. Very peaceful. I read my book, watched a squirrel eating his lunch of chestnuts and on the last day spotted a small orange and black song bird I had not seen before. The owner kept in touch and made sure we were satisfied.

This was a great place to stay for a one or two or three people. Perfect location, small kitchen, great hospitality, would definitely stay here again!

We had a nice mini-vacation at Lakeside. Cute cottage with all necessities. Barb/Dave were great hosts immediately fixing cable when it went out! Lakeside is a nice community- very kid friendly for those with kids. We found long walks and explored Kelley Island with our bikes. Relaxing time away!

My short stay in this sweet, cozy and immaculate cottage in the lovely Lakeside community of Marblehead was just what I was looking for to celebrate my retirement. Now I want to return for a longer visit next summer.

We had a wonderful time. The cottage was exactly as pictured and very very clean. It’s in a great location. We would love to rent again.

The cottage is a great spot to get away and enjoy lakeside. It's located two blocks away from the shops and lake. Owners were super easy to talk with, and we're very hospitable when I met them over my stay. This is a nice little getaway in the beautiful town of Lakeside. I would highly recommend it.

So nice to walk in a beautiful neighborhood with abundant flowers , cozy cottages and homes near Lake Erie a natural resource of our country.

Barb and Dave were generous and accomodating hosts. The apartment was perfect for our family of 3. We would definitely stay there again!

This cottage is perfect for a quiet Lakeside stay. Perfect size for two adults looking for a peaceful retreat for the weekend. The location inside Lakeside is great!
