Checked in very late and when we woke up in the morning there was no one to help us check out or get a taxi. Also no blankets provided

Great pool and nice new room and building, lovely design and quiet. We loved the cats, and had one ginger kitten sleep with us and we fed him <3 I fell in love.

Could have water in the fridge for new arrivals as it was so hot, we had large cases so had to take them up lots of stairs as two women (no one was there to help us). No hooks on the wall which could have helped us hang wet towels etc.

Great view from the terrace

The room was smaller that expected from the pictures. It had very low maintenance. There are a lot of stains on the walls and the furniture is not in good condition. The bathtub in the terrace leaks and floods the terrace floor. The reception is in a different hotel. They hand you the key and tell you the location of this one. Without a car it's quite a walk carrying luggage under the sun. The staff was not welcoming or enthusiastic to receive us at all. Taking all this into consideration, I think the room was overpriced.

I liked the place although it was really crowded in summer time. Due to soundproof we didn't hear anything except music from adjacent place. So it was is amazing there and a place was much cleaner than alike usually in Turkey

It was a problem with hot water because of lots of people. Everyone tried to take a bath (jacuzzi) at the same time in the evening and hot water just finished. So my bath was barely warm

Was hard to find the reception. It was on a different street, different building. Nobody gave us any directions on how to find it. We were tired and did not feel like spending time looking for the reception.. Also you coukd hear well what was going on in the next room

It’s located at a very peaceful hill looking over the beautiful town of Kaş. Clean and relatively spacious room with a mini bar. I appreciate that they’ve placed quite a lot of bar stools, a lounge sofa and a few sunbeds outside so that people can enjoy a glass or two while watching the sun set. All in all I would definitely recommend staying here and I will definitely come back.

The bed linens and towels were a bit worn out though they were very clean.

Walk up the hill

The place has a wonderfull view, and the room is quiet and clean

The view and flats are beautiful but the flats are smaller than they appear in the photos and the building is at the top of a rough slope. Climbing every day is exhausting.

The management is pretty bad. On my second day I noticed that the refrigerator was unusable. Because the top freezer was totally frozen and the water was dripping down. If I had put the foods in it, they would be uneatable. When I reported this, the management said that they could not pull the plug and defrost it because the room was never empty. As a solution, they placed my products to the staff fridge until defrost, and they said they would bring me new bath towels as they placed mine in the fridge to keep the melted water. When I came to the apartment in the evening, the water from the fridge was up to the door. Thank God I did not fall. They hadn’t cleaned it, nor did they had left new towels. I did not fall in the apartment that evening, but I did at the entrance of the apartment. Because part of the road is made up of stone and soil, so when I took a step, I fell and injured my knee. The road is so bad that some taxi drivers do not go down there. When they came for cleaning once a week, the floor manager broke an expensive make-up product. She texted my personal phone number from the business, apologized and said she could pay for it. Of course, I wouldn't make a staff member pay for a makeup product. But I would expect the management to get in touch and say, "Our employee broke your makeup product, we'll compensate it.” Instead, they gave my number to the staff.

The view of the sea was incredible, and the room was modern and beautiful decorated.

To have in mind the road to get there was pretty steep.

the hotel is on a massive hill but it only takes two minute to walk downhill to the centre and it is 50lira (£2.40) to get a taxi back up the hill. the reception isn't on site which wasn't really a problem because staff reply to WhatsApp messages really quickly if needed. just make sure to confirm check in time as the reception has certain opening hours

simply amazing… absolutely like pictures. location is nice, specially the sea view rooms offer extraordinary views. good swimming pool. have a good place to sit in, relax and enjoy a drink. Kas square is within walking distance, though you have to climb slopes.

Fantastic views, facilities and lovely staff. They kindly let us check in early. We loved the pool area, room and outside space. Well equipped one-bedroom apartment. Short walk to Kas centre. All very clean! Would definitely recommend.

access to the property is a nightmare, parking is limited and very inconvenient. In addition, the facilities are not designed for older adults or people with mobility problems.

The parking area is a nightmare, with an extremely steep climb where is easy to get stuck. İt didn't help that other guests where parking behind us blocking our way to get out in time, and the staff was very slow in helping. Moreover, rooms are small (no space for luggages) and WiFi connection is poor.
