The hotel was in a perfect location for exploring Porto, the staff were all very friendly and welcoming, the room and hotel was extremely clean with nice deco. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The outside space with the bar and pool was very nice to relax.

It was in a very central location and when you stepped inside from the busy street it was quiet and tranquil.
I would have liked access to a staircase, and a coffee machine in the bedroom.

Location was superb. The hotel was exceptionally clean and the food was excellent. The bar staff couldn’t be more helpful, brilliant.
The breakfast staff were unfriendly but the food was excellent.
Smoking in the outside restaurant area is a problem for me. I do think there should be specific areas for smokers, sorry.
