A clean and well staffed hotel in a convenient yet quiet location. The staff were friendly and helpful.
During the three nights that we stayed, the relaxation pool was not available. On the first night it was open but did not look clean enough to use.
For the next two days it was closed for maintenance.

The hotel was perfect for a short city break with friends. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and well equipped with dark blackout curtains. It was extremely quiet in the hotel so we slept really well. The location was perfect. we could walk everywhere we wanted to go. Really nice outside garden to sit for a quiet drink or to read.
The pool on the roof was tiny and always had a lot of people in it so we didn't use it.

Room was lovely, bed very comfy
Food was lovely
Great bathroom
Day staff were very polite and a pleasure to talk to
Excellent location
The pool was really dirty, pool area wasn't great either - all sunbeds broken.
The gym was tiny. Maximum dumbbells were 3kg
Night staff on reception were rude
Setting up for lunch whilst breakfast is still on (very busy!)
6 / 10Nella media·mag 2026
Location and NH clean concept heritage
Gym is useless and the facility is overpriced
