The front desk team was AMAZING! very accommodating to my mother and I. She has some very specific needs and they were very good about catering to her needs. The gentleman who checked us in even gave us a courtesy upgrade which was very appreciated. My mom could not stop talking about how huge the bathroom was. She loved the extra deep tub and couldn’t wait to take a bath.

El personal super amable, te hacen sentir cuidado.
Está muy bien ubicado, se llega a todos los lados paseando.
La habitación no es muy grande aunque es cómoda.

Great location, easy walk (well, up the hill) from the metro. Lots of good restaurants nearby and easy to get around. Room was big and shower had great pressure and good products. Loved the steamer for clothes.
Room cleaning was very late - usually being cleaned around 4-5pm when we were arriving back wanting to rest/change. Spa facilities good but a little strange for the sauna not to be in the same complex - have to go back through the change rooms and corridor. Seemed to only have late night room service menu so we weren’t sure if could get other food. TV in mirror which seems fancy but lots of glare if you watch with lights on.

Location was good and it felt clean.
The good, breakfast was cold each morning our lunch was really bad and I found the staff in the restaurant area quite rude.
