Pretty much everything. The staff was exceptional.
The same as all hotels...no dressers to put your things.

Nothing

View , amenities
No electrical outlet for computer in your desk, some poor equipment was rusty, pool area rug was not lying flat and was a potential tripping hazard, pool deck tile little slippery

I enjoyed the breakfast it came out hot, quick and delicious. I also enjoyed the location of the hotel and loved my view of the bay it was beautiful. I also liked having access to the pools and everything surrounding there.
The night of August 1st/Early morning of August 2nd around 4:30am we were woken from our sleep, due to the fire alarm and we had to evacuate the building. The alarms went off numerous times. I paid $600 for one night and wasn’t compensated for anything.
