Holiday Inn & Suites Ocean City by IHG

The room is massive and the bathroom is amazing

Nothing

Close to everything we wanted to see and do, hotel seemed well maintained, was clean, staff pleasant and helpful, very friendly and accommodating.

Problem was ours, basically, we had a problem accessing the spa tub; wife has back problems and struggled to get in and out; we should have checked for a different shower or bathing accommodation but didn’t, learned of alternatives. Too late.

Location, family friendly, pools, onsite parking

The big tub had mold in the jets, the kitchen had old food splatter on the side of the fridge, remote didn’t work, the room phone didn’t work, carpet had goo on it, kids pool slide needed repainted and made the slide too slow for the kids kept getting hung up, the lifeguards literally stayed on their cell phones the whole entire time, the front desk staff took down my cell phone number and told me they’d call me once my room is ready and they never did so. I waited until 4pm and went to go check and they said oh yeah your room’s been ready.

The kid pool was fun for the kids however was difficult to get chairs.

The air in the room would not go below 71. The shower head did not have strong pressure and difficult to wash hair out.
