Great location, really friendly staff and excellent room
9 / 10Eccezionale·ott 2026
Excellent room, with space and good facilities, including a fridge and microwave, coffee and tea making facilities, hairdryer and safe deposit box, The room was clean and looked like it had fairly recently been renovated. It was only a five minute walk to High Street Kensington tube station and there were some good restaurants nearby in Kensington High Street. Staff were friendly and helpful.
It was not easy to find as there is nothing outside which indicates it is a hotel and nothing with "CG Hotel Kensington" on. There is a plaque on the door engraved with "9 Cheniston Gardens" but that's it. Luckily I was able to ring and someone came to the door to let me in.

Good room for the price, staff were very friendly and helpful, happy to accommodate our needs. A clean and quiet place to stay the night.
Nothing of note.

Location
Room did not have air conditioning, the window does not open completely (for safety) and it felt very hot.
