My stay at Pkeza Hotel was not good. The room I booked was taken, so they moved me to another one. The new room didn't have things like a walky-talky, bedside plugs, and had dirty sheets. The bathroom didn't have hot water, and there was no toothbrush, soap, or comb. Also, the bathroom door lock was broken. It needs attention from the hotel management

Overall good experience, only thing to mention is that Rs.500 extra were demanded by the satff for AC but after informing to owner Ismail Jutt it was reverted.

First of all I'm really disappointed from false advertising they did on booking.com. In reality rooms are not as clean as shown in pictures, blankets were not so clean, even towel was so dirty that it was black. Washroom exhaust and toilet was untidy, room size in official pictures are big and so neat. But in reality it's not the case. There was only one plug to charge your devices and when electricity runs out, that plug doesn't work on generator. There were no cabins or wardrobe to store clothes. Dressing table was not clean. The prices they are charging doesn't match value for money at all, hotel is so below average and prices are high. I just booked this hotel so my family can stay at clean room and enjoy there time here but I am not happy at all. I notified the hotel of my check-in time before arriving but still no room was prepared. I checked 4 rooms before choosing one because most of them were not clean as I expected. I even saw kitchen of hotel which was messed up, they charge high prices for tea which I paid happily expecting it to be good but it was made of powder milk and tea was watery. I request hotel to be honest on there advertising and don't upload fake pictures to lure visitors to stay here.
