My husband and I had to self-check in because we got to FCO really late. But a light breakfast was prepared for us for the next morning. Nothing fancy, but definitely very thoughtful, as we were leaving really early the next morning. For the price point, with no big meal/buffet breakfast expectations, I think as an Airbnb, the breakfast was appropriate.
Nothing really. But since we arrived really late and left early at 7 am, the local taxi fare / Uber was about 38/30 EUR for each trip, despite the proximity to the airport.

Great management. Super friendly & helpful. Quick to reply to questions.
Could update bath towels.

Wonderful! This is family operated and it shows their ownership of pride shows in the Clean rooms, comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. They provided breakfast , which was a variety and tasteful. The family members were very friendly and accommodating. We would stay there anytime in Rome.

Location convenient ...15 minute walk to town and dining options. Referred to one restaurant which was excellent and gave $20 discount due to hotel's card. Also garden area was great, rooms fresh and new, and proprietor's son's very helpful in shuttle to airport
Word of Caution to Prospective guests.....must walk up staircase to get to units. We had a person who was in wheelchair and this presented unexpected challenge.
Also, rooms 1 and 2 had very small showers, which were difficult to navigate for seniors. Shame jproprietor didn't combine bidet and commode into one and make the showers larger. Would have made the rooms perfect
