IMPOSSIBLE to say we could not get in - appalling service - communication dreadful still awaiting refund almost 2 weeks on - no concierge no key to get in spent 2 hrs in car park trying to get some sense from management company .

Could not get in - keys were lost by the cleaner spend 3 hours looking for a hotel - no assitance from management at all - very distressing

Generally, the property was not clean. Towels provided had traces of use by the previous tenants. When asked for clean ones, we were given brand new ones, they were not washed though. When this was raised, we were told that they are ready for use. Finally, the check-in was delayed from 15:00 to 21:00. When this was raised, we were told to cancel the booking of we did not agree.

Really good communication with the host, we were always able to get a response to questions quickly and easily. A good apartment with WiFi, comfy beds and free parking. Lots of places nearby to eat out or to buy food for cooking.

Upon arrival we were greeting by an unhappy owner who demanded £100 cash deposit before we were given the keys to the Property, we were not advised of any deposits being taken when making the booking through booking.com, after an hour of trying to settle an online deposit we were eventually given access to the property which we found to be slightly disappointing, the house was not what we expected, there were no hanging space for our clothes as wet laundry had been wrapped around the hanging rail, this not only forbid us to hang up clothes but also having wet bedding hanging left a smell of dampness within the wardrobe

Great location, easy to park and sort out and good facilities. Very clean and well maintained and felt very modern with all we needed for a good base for our trip to Bedford and Cranfield.

The key fob didn't work on the door of the apartment for some reason, it worked on the main entrance but not the apartment door itself. The apartment gets quite warm so make sure to switch off the heating at night if its warm outside.
