Exceptional service as always. The hotel is absolutely immaculate, beautifully clean and so well maintained. This was our 4th visit, and we loved it just as much as our very first time.
We especially love Zeta 77. A special thank you to the lifeguards who looked after us each day — I’m so sorry I don’t know their names, but their care and attention really didn’t go unnoticed.
Also, a huge thank you to Paul and Shubha. Every member of the Zeta 77 team goes above and beyond to make your stay special.
We can’t wait to come back again!
Nothing.

This isn't my first visit; this hotel has become one of my favorites! Everything is incredible—there are never any negatives! The entire staff is wonderful; Mr. Douglas Menezes is a true professional who handled an issue that arose with the utmost courtesy. We will definitely be coming back.
There is nothing negative.

Everything! This time even better service! Special thanks to Dana and Kirk at the reception and the manager at the restaurant who took very good care of us!
The fact that the beach bags and flips flops are not free anymore!

The staff are helpful
A beautiful venue with a lovely atmosphere, but unfortunately the dining experience fell well below expectations. The bread was not fresh, and the quality of the food was disappointing throughout the meal. The setting deserves much better cuisine. Based on this visit, I wouldn’t recommend the restaurant until the food quality improves. Also infinity pool was somehow not chilled and I found it dirty
