The staff was very kind, welcoming, and attentive. The hotel is very well located in a quiet area. There is absolutely nothing to complain about when it comes to the comfort and cleanliness of the hotel. It is close to all amenities, including buses, the metro, Taksim Square, Galata Tower, and Karaköy.
If I come back to Istanbul one day, I would definitely stay here again. I highly recommend this hotel!

The location was GREAT! THE MAGISTIC Galata tower ITSELF wa just a 5 minutes walk! Metro and buses very close. Staff was friendly and helpful. We had booked for 6 nights and had got a room on the 4th floor but they changed it to the 2nd floor the next day.
The ONLY thing I wish it had was a lift🥺 which doesn’t hinder me recommending it to my friends when they visit istanbul!

Best location and stuff is good! Clean hotel.
There is a building well view from the window (you don’t have any view). And there is no elevator so if you don’t like sports you probably won’t like higher 4th or 5th floor of the hotel

It’s near Taksim and close to İBB Karaköy Sahil Parkı great location.
The staff treated me very nicely and made me feel very welcome. Also, when I asked for a late checkout, they said "no problem" without any hassle.
If you have a big, heavy suitcase, carrying it up tiny stairs to the 3rd or 4th floor is really hard. Also, the room looks very different from the photos in reality it seems quite old, so it wasn’t what I expected for what I paid.
