Ben situato.... Lungomare tranquillo con accesso a Tampa Bay. Cucina gourmet con tutto ciò di cui hai bisogno. 3 camere da letto, 2 bagni di lusso con la famiglia e soggiorno. Ampio lanai coperto con barbecue. Fire Pit e POOL con vista sul canale. Dai un'occhiata a Tampa Bay .... porta la tua barca dato che il canale ha accesso diretto. Porta la tua barca o noleggia quella. Dock può ospitare fino a 3 barche. Posizione comoda con tutti i comfort per la migliore vacanza! La casa è stata appena ristrutturata pensando alla tua vacanza.

The house was very clean. We had no major issues and Tom was very easy to work with and was quick to help us with questions.

We stayed at this location for a month and enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and outdoor space. The pool was heated, very comfortable and we spent the majority of our time out back. The hot tub has awkward seating, so that was not used.The house itself is updated and modern, but we found the kitchen to be lacking a few standard items. We also had difficulty the entire time getting the televisions to stay connected to the internet so we could watch even basic programming. Most of the time, we had to hotspot our phones to find a reliable Two of the three bedrooms didn’t have dressers or places to store clothes. As a result, we bought extra hangers since few were provided. We also had some issues with one of the bathrooms - but the property manager was quick to take care of that.Access to stores was very convenient and we were fortunate to have amazing weather for most of our stay.All in all, the location was good, the pool area was very nice, but the house could use a few more items - especially for an extended stay.

Our host was an excellent communicator before and during our trip. The house was amazing with a heated pool, hot tub, ping pong table, pac man machine and located on a canal with a great dock. We saw a dolphin and lots of Manatees and fish. Plenty of seating, the backyard was my favorite place to be! The house was great too. My mother, 85 years young, loved having the master suite with a private bathroom. We loved having a washer and dryer along with everything else needed for a comfortable stay. The location was great also. We were walking distance to a grocery store and downtown Tampa and Dunedin were a short drive. I would definitely recommend this place and I look forward to booking another trip soon!

Property was clean and well stocked. Putting up a Christmas tree was very appreciated! Location was as expected. Advertised as heated pool. I called 1 week ahead to make sure pool would be heated as promised and was told the heater was broken but would be fixed in about 7 days. The heater was never fixed for our stay so we were very disappointed at not be able to use the pool. No adjustment to the price of the rental was offered as of today.
