Staff was polite & pleasant to chat with, breakfast was good, coffee was ehhhh, rooms were very clean, beds were comfy
No way to keep just the FAN on, for quiet noise, so we ended up freezing cause the AC had to run all night! Otherwise, you could hear a pin drop & the other guests. The hallway carpets could really use a good shampooing, lots of stains

Clean and comfortable. The staff were very helpful and friendly and shuttle service to the airport was convenient.
Internet access is a pain, just give free high speed internet!

Very friendly staff and the room was great
The hall floors on the main level were very dirty from people spilling things. Wasn’t cleaned until the morning.

There was hair in the ice container and a pair of glasses and hair and one of the beds. Basic cleaning of the room was not great but not to the point of not being able to stay.
