Check-in was easy and the hotel was in a good location.

The pool needed to be cleaned.

We would stay there again but don’t like the increases they put on rooms during football season. We get it though.

Quaint. Clean.

Our room had a weird smell - smelled like big spray.

I would just like to thank the property staff for a wonderful stay.

I enjoyed this property very much. I have stayed here before and the location is one of my favorites. It is clean and quiet and the staff are available for questions, comments and concerns. I would make this my go to spot whenever I'm in this city.

A Continental Style Breakfast would be nice.

Great Budget stay

Great budget inn. Exceptional value. Newly remodeled, new paint. I typically stay at Drury, but they were over $250 per night. So I took a chance with Gator Town. It is family owned and the friendly family really show pride in the place. They were very accommodating and cleaned the room every day. We were there for 5 days. Zero bugs. Coin laundry next door with Cafe and coffee. It cost me half the price of the Drury.

Only issue was the strong smell from cleaning products, which my wife was happy about. I guess this is a good thing!

I don't think they are changing the bed linen when turning over the rooms. I've stayed there twice and each time I found myself scratching alot when I got into the bed. I recently had hair on the sheets. Also the coffee pot was not clean. It had a used filter in it.

The room was clean and had been recently painted.

The room had a very strong disinfectant smell when we walked in. The AC had a bad/musty odor when we ran it. The rooms are very dark. This is a fine motel if you need a place to sleep, except for the AC smell ...

very clean, staff extraordinarily friendly and helpful, bed very comfortable, quiet hotel

they do not offer breakfast at all!!! in these hotels I expect coffee, muffins and ideally a few fruits. not the full buffet but they don’t anymore and only solution is to go to IHOP next door: time and money

Exceptional

This Inn became the perfect location for us while we settled our ‘Baby Gator’ into UF. It is conveniently located near enough to the University; a ground floor room allowed for ease of movement of luggage and packages; staff were all helpful and room was clean, with reliable Wifi, comfortable beds, a mini fridge and micro. Highly recommended. Don’t let the word ‘Inn’ lead to doubts. Free parking and a well kept pool on property.

We had a great 10 night stay! Would stay again.

Room smelled like cigarettes and it was dirty . Bed was hard and sheets had stains

Expect a privately owned Super 8 type accommodation. Good value for this area. Nothing fancy. Nothing wrong. Good place

Best price near I-75. Quiet. Staff was nice :)
