Jaff Hotels & Spa Nisantasi

Very central location close to Osmanbey metro station. Decent clean room. Good breakfast and very friendly staff. Spa and Sona excellent!!

The hotel is a bit old but it has a great potential. There was a weird smell in the room and in the bathroom (humidity in the walls). The elevator was broken most of the time. The pillows were not comfortable.

Hotel has an amazing location. Very near to the Metro and Bus station. Easy access everywhere. Besides that I want to thank Manager Mr Abdullah and front desk employeeMr Rojbi. Also a boy with a nickname “Velikan” ☺️ Especially Abdullah is a man who made everything to make us feel as comfortable as possible. As far as me and my husband did not like the hotel conditions for the very first sight (elevator did not work, room was very old and not clean, towels were veeeery old ) and we actually wanted to cancel the reservation, he demonstrated high level of professionalism to make us feel comfortable.

cleaning, condition of the hotel (old, really needs repair)

Good location not far from transport. We got a free room upgrade and super early check in. Great staff

Lift was very slow and broke down. Hotel is generally ok but many small damages in our room

Nothing

Hospitality and welcoming weak
