Great location for shopping and near metro stations, but check car parks if you arrive by car

Good price/location/value ratio. The staff was very polite and helpful. Breakfast was nice too. It was super quiet at night and we had a good rest. Perfectly convenient for shopping around Nisantasi or taking a bus/metro to other parts of the city.

There is a parking issue in the area, especially when you arrive late at night. The staff tried to help us but were kind of clueless about the situation. If I was managing the hotel I would check the nearby car parks and choose a reliable partner to send my customers there. The room is a bit small and worn down, some refreshment in paint and furniture would make it perfect.

Great value for money, great staff, small rooms

The hotel is in a very central location, you can access everywhere in Istanbul, the staff was helpful and very friendly especially Aslan, he is the nicest clerk you can find in Istanbul, the hotel is decent and quite clean, the wifi service was good

The rooms are too small, I reserved an economy class double room and got upgraded to a double room, the upgraded one is small so you can guess how the economy was which I stayed in later after I extended my stay. The breakfast is not the best in Istanbul but it’s alright.

if you want a good location,,thats your hotel

i liked the location, the room service and the breakfast was average,,

the room size was very small ,, 14 square m.. the elevator is tiny it bearly can carry two people.. the reception was good ,,helpful when needed and the room was clean during the whole stay

in general it is good value for money, when you come to work then it is good, but to stay longer during the day it is a

room was very small , combined toilet and bathroom’s doors was doors weren’t closed totally so you don’t feel comfortable

Enjoyed every second of it … must try !

I’ve found the 22 hotel very nice and cozy house with super friendly staff ( Fatih, Serkan and Aslan ) who do not hesitate to help whenever you need. They make you feel safe that you can easily go outside at 2 AM and smoke. The location is pretty good as well and close to shopping centre and train station. surrounded with Many local shops including super market, pharmacy and fast foods and restaurants . Highly recommended!!
