Really can’t say enough great things about this property!! Jeff and Dan have everything you need here… no really! House is fully stocked with extra silverware, towels, beach gear, you name it. Very very clean and what a view 😃 The designated parking spot is also a huge plus especially with this hustle and bustle of the town. Will certainly be coming back next year.. thank you guys once again!!

My husband and I had such a wonderful stay at Dan and Jeff’s condo. The condo itself was clean, beautifully decorated and the lay out made it feel very comfy. The location in the West End was prime with short walking distance to the Red Inn, Breakwater and Herring Cove beach. The views from the common deck are mesmerizing. Our favorite time was at low tide walking the tidal flats. Will definitely be staying again!

Such a wonderful time! The hosts were so gracious and helpful, would recommend to anyone for a relaxing vacay!

This property was the perfect, quiet west end locale. We loved the access to the beach for walks and watching the tide come in as well as sitting on the deck watching the tide go out with a beautiful sunset. It was close to everything, exactly what we expected and did not disappoint. Highly recommend!

The owners are very accessible , communication is excellent . Extremely comfortable setting, The tidal flow in and out of the bay is an amazing extra !!

Lovely quiet location in west end of Commercial St but quick walk to restaurants and shops. The unit comes with a parking spot although a few minutes away. Nice deck with great views across the bay and tides. We will be happy to return!

The cottage was really wonderful! Loved the decor and everything we needed was there for us too. The location was perfect for us too. We did leave a few days early due to the awful weather! Not much was open either but I think that was because of the weather. All in all it would have been absolutely perfect had it been better weather. Thank you Jeff and Dan for providing such a nice place to stay!

Well appointed, quiet location, beach is just steps from the front door, within walking distance to shopping/restaurants/cafés (happy hour raw bar at the Red Inn was excellent)… great place!

What a lovely cottage condo you have! My husband and I were so pleased and grateful to have found this piece of Ptown paradise. Having traveled and stayed on the Outer Cape (Truro area) since childhood, it was so wonderful to stay in the West End of Ptown. Your home provided every amenity we needed and was so well appointed We would absolutely stay there again!🙂

I had a truly excellent experience staying here from start to finish! The location is perfect - on the quieter west end, a short walk to town in one direction and a short bike ride to the beaches in the other. The space itself was super clean, comffortable and well-appointed. And the hosts - it does not get any better than Jeff & Dan. They were helpful, accommodating, communicative and friendly. I’d definitely stay here again.

We had such a terrific stay! The place is adorable and really nicely decorated. The owners and neighbors were great if we had any questions. The one bedroom condo is right next to the beach so if you like to swim, take walks, or lay out-this place checks lots of boxes. It’s also so close to the Red inn which is such a great restaurant and the Provincetown inn has an outdoor cafe and bar poolside that’s open to all. I’d recommend renting bikes at Gail force bikes for the week for ray access everywhere Enjoy! Restaurants we loved in the west End: Red inn, sals (cash only) and victors. Relish deli a great place for morning coffee etc or lunch picnic options. And Joe coffee is a great place to people watch.

Everything about this condo is wonderful. It was spotlessly cleaned and very well-stocked with anything you might have forgotten. There was even a hair dryer—huge save for me! 😁 Jeff and Dan were excellent hosts. They answered all of my questions quickly and were super-thoughtful with everything. Even the neighbors were really nice! We loved going out onto the deck for the sunsets, absolutely beautiful. One note to prospective guests-the condo deck has steps down to the beach, which is fantastic. What we didn’t realize till we got there was that at high tide, the beach disappears and the water comes up a few steps and under the decking. While I thought I wouldn’t like this, it turned out to be one of the things I loved best about the property! We spent our last day sunbathing on the deck and walking down the steps into the bay. It was perfect! Location is perfect too. Right on Commercial Street, but a few blocks away from the hustle and bustle. I would highly recommend this property! Thank you Jeff and Dan for all that you did to make our honeymoon amazing!

The location is great. We were able to walk everywhere. It was so nice being able to sit out on the deck in the evening. The beach chairs were a great plus. We would definitely stay here again.

A great place to stay in p-town with great owners. A lot attention to detail. Being a fisherman I was able to walk out the back with fly rod and wade & fish the harbor, that was so cool. A good value too. It’s not a big place so you have be a bit clever where to put things. I kept all my fishing gear in my car as the unit is small and I didn’t want to mess up the place but that was easy to manage.

This property is a wonderful place to stay! The unit is completely supplied with all the essentials: Beach towels, chairs, parkas, umbrellas, upscale toiletries, cooking utensils and beyond. The water view is lovely. The location on the West End is superb. The bed is super comfy. The unit is very clean and I felt at home right away. I will definitely book this property again!

Got it. Comfortable beach chairs and sturdy sun umbrella? Got it. iPhone chargers on either side of the bed? Yup. Oodles of towels (beach and bath) and basic toiletries? You bet! The game changer for this particular unit was the storage available. We've stayed in lovely locations where we've had to live out of our suitcase for the week because there just wasn't anywhere to put our clothes, etc. Not here. Headboard storage, under bed storage, an actual dresser, and plentiful hangers. Thank you, thank you, thank you! The bed was wonderfully comfortable, the ceiling fans (with or without the AC) kept the space cool, the seating area was cozy, the kitchen was well appointed.
