This is a great location, but one of several properties the management company is responsible for. Which is why I think they may have missed a few details - details which they addressed with me as soon as I raised them. Overall, I recommend this rental, but hope the company takes seriously the advice I gave them for future.

Due to a major weather snow event, I was unable to drive to my airport, or town for a few days, and totally missed this small family reunion. What I would like to say, though, is that Brandon was so very helpful and responsive to my requests to communicate directly with my brothers. (I had made the original arrangements.) I had no power or internet during the snow storms, plus my cell phone coverage was spotty also. So when I explained the situation to Brandon, he went the extra mile in making sure my brothers were well informed re the address, door code, etc. It was a relief to see he covered the needful and I did not have to keep relaying the information to my brothers when at times I was unable to make phone calls or texts, or forward anything to them via my computer or email. (Yes, it was that bad in the area…no power, no Internet, very sketchy cell connections at times, and road closures for a few days.) Thank you again, Brandon!

Location and communication worked great for a 3 night stay

This VRBO worked really well for us and was in a great location with quick and easy access to the interstate yet tucked into a quiet and quaint neighborhood. There are lots of great restaurants in walking distance and the processes for checking in and out were really easy.

This home was the perfect place for us to stay during our trip to Louisville. The neighborhood was lovely and there were plenty of places to go out to eat. A grocery store was around the corner for when we decided to eat in. The home was comfortable and had everything we needed.

Brandon was very quick to remedy even the smallest request from wifi connectivity to bed linens. The short drive to Big Bad Breakfast on Barret Ave is worth it for amazing grits, but just around the corner is Breadworks with great asiago bagels & their classic bearclaw has just the right amount of sweetness.

overall a nice place......the extra insurance required is an extra cost along with linen fee, vrbo fee, etc that doble the cost of your stay. We had frig problems which they gave us a ice chest for foods, no knifes to cut food other than bad steak knifes, no range lite, no hot pads, no bottom sheet on the kings bed, a good location but needs tuning

The property was just as listed. Easy check in and exactly how it was advertised. Great location with restaurants nearby. It was perfect for our needs. I would definitely stay here again if we are back in town for another volleyball tournament.

Very nice place. Using back stairs when moving in and out was very convenient. Laundry in basement was nice to have. A few very minor recommendations would be to add a few pint glasses, oven mitts/pot holders, a pizza cutter and a couple of pizza pans or cookies sheets. Beds and pillows were great. Appliances met expectations. Walking distance to Bardstown Road with a few restaurants, shops and a brewery. More of the same a mile or two north. A very nice place from which to explore downtown, Bardstown and the eastern half of town. :Highly recommend.

My husband and I along with our adult granddaughter stayed for 5 nights at the apartment. We really like the space and the neighborhood. Even though we were on the go much of the time we could appreciate all it had to offer. The apartment was comfortable and pretty well furnished. The laundry available was OK,, but luckily I brought my own detergent. Still, it was good to have a washer/dryer available as we were halfway through our trip. We would stay again.

I stayed here for a concert, and the house is conveniently located to anything and everything! Venues, food, shopping, etc. The beds were extremely comfortable, lots of elbow room, and just a cute little house. My only issue was the bathroom. It was very apparent on arrival that the shower was NOT cleaned after previous renters. There was hair all over the walls, scum on the shower/tub bottom, and hair was completely clogging the drain. The bathroom door also does not close or lock, all you have is a chain lock. Not a deal breaker for me, but could be an issue for someone else. Overall, I really enjoyed the home! I’m sure my issue with the bathroom was just an oversight, because the rest of the house was spotless. Recommended!
