By far the best home share we have stayed in. Clean, well stocked, great location, amazing view, comfortable furniture, and everything worked! No surprise rules (like run and empty dishwasher before you leave). Downtown Seattle wasn’t our taste, but Magnolia area is lovely. Couldn’t recommend it more highly.

Visited Seattle for a family wedding. The house was very clean and comfortable. Good location to visit all of Seattle’s neighborhoods and outlying areas. 2 bedrooms on first floor tend to be a bit chilly when air conditioning on but extra blankets provided. The living space on the 2nd floor great area to congregate. Master bedroom, dressing room and bath on 3rd floor afforded privacy . Decks on 2nd and 3rd floor for relaxing . House stocked w/ dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent etc which was convenient. Thank you for your hospitality!! Would definitely stay again !!!!

We loved our stay at this beautiful magnolia home! The place was ultra comfortable and well stocked. It had impeccable views! It was a super comfortable place for a group of 3 couples!

This is a well-kept, lovely house with lots of stairs. The two bedrooms, bath, and office area are on the entry floor. All beds were very comfortable! Middle level with living, dining, kitchen, and half bath is most comfortable and great for watching tv, chatting, and eating. The kitchen is well stocked. The top floor has large master bedroom and bath. The back views from lots of windows and sliding glass doors are breathtaking, absolutely gorgeous! This location is convenient for downtown area and port. The house is perfect for families! Great hosts too!

The house was perfect for our stay in Seattle. It is in a quiet neighborhood and only a 15 minute drive to the downtown. We loved sitting on the balcony with a glass of wine and looking out at the great view. We will definitely stay at the house on our next trip to Seattle.

I truly felt like I was in a suite at a great hotel. It was immaculate, I’m a GREAT location, and had everything I needed. I will for sure be back.

We were so excited to find this property available while booking our trip to Seattle. It did not disappoint- this house is fantastic! Located in the Magnolia neighborhood, it is close to shopping and restaurants. It is very quiet and well equipped for those looking to work remote during any part of their visit. The views from this house are amazing and there are patios on multiple levels. It was cooler while we were there, so we were able to use the fireplace. The hosts have really thought of everything- nice touches with coffee, teas, & bath products. We really enjoyed this house and cannot say enough wonderful things about our visit. Thank you, Alex and Jose for a great visit!

There were 5 of us on a Girls weekend to celebrate two turning 50! There was plenty of room for all to be comfortable. The master bed slept well ( no one else complained about theirs!) I loved that our hosts provided plenty of trash bags, paper products, coffee, soap & shampoo! There wasn’t much missing from the kitchen, we would have cooked if we had stayed longer. The location is great! Close to the space needle, the Pike Place Market wasn’t far either. The views were wonderful!! We didn’t use the hot tub so I can’t speak for it. My only real complaint is there weren’t enough towels or wash cloths to suit 5 women! I don’t mind using a towel more than once, but I draw the line at reusing my wash cloth -lol However, there was plenty of laundry soap! The parking was tight! -I’m glad my friend was the driver. I highly recommended this property. I hope to go back one day.

Perfect house for our family of 4. The house was very clean and had basic items like paper towels, trash bags, toilet paper, seasonings, etc. so we didn’t need to worry about purchasing those items. Great communication from the owner too.

We enjoyed this house. Nice and clean upon check-in. Close to downtown Seattle with only a short 10-12 min drive. The view from the top floor patio with hot tub was wonderful. Responsive hosts when we had a question about the hot tub. The only thing that was a slight frustration was the street parking was completely full near the house and the driveway pretty small to park and not cover sidewalk, so I had to repark my car several times.

My OG besties (of almost 30 years) came to town to visit (rescheduled from January). I rented this property because we wanted to be close to sightseeing....great views. The property was exactly what we wanted. Space for us to hang out together...cook and eat...and space for us to relax on our own. My friends were impressed. The 2 decks were nice to get outside sunshine! You can see Mt Rainier from the bottom deck. Its a very nice home. My friends raved about how comfy the beds were and how nice and warm the blankets were. Unfortunately the hot tub didnt work BUT we were warned ahead of time and Alex and Jose went out of their way to make it up to us! Thank you for helping our weekend getaway go smoothly with life lasting memories. Communication was top notch. Check in and out was smooth. Appreciate you helping my friends experience an AMAZING VRBO experience, as the last time we tried renting from vrbo (in VA) , the vrbo owner was racist and we cancelled due to safety issues. I absolutely recommend renting from Alex and Jose....i cant wait for the next opportunity so we can experience the hot tub on the top deck!
