The host arranged an agent to pick up from boat station to handover the key and drop at property. Though I have to pay late check in fees of 50 euro.
Quite a big room and super comfortable for 3 people. It has a sofa cum bunk bed, so you may accommodate 4th person.
On the sides of canal and sea.
It is on one of the main streets of Venice, so lots of restaurants on the streets.
It has washing machine.
Paid a fees of 50 euro for late check in.
Quite far from boat station, so if you have heavy luggage you need to drag till property as island do not have other means to reach your destination.

Fabulous location with restaurants, cafes, supermarkets very handy. Easy 10 min walk to the Biennale and equally easy to get to San Marco Square.
The apartment is pretty basic but clean. The bed accommodates 2 people but the bathroom is very small. There isn't a lot of privacy if you put the lights on without closing the shutters which makes the rooms dark.

The location is very good. The kitchen and bathroom are renovated.
The bed wasn’t comfortable. There were no extra pillows. The sheets were the wrong size, so they had to put them width wise to cover the bed. Towels were of poor quality and the kitchen was sparsely equipped. The entrance looks shabby and neglected. There is no banister on the first and steep part of the stairs. the All in all the feeling was that despite the renovation, only a minimal effort was made with everything else.
