Sol, who met us to hand over the keys was extremely helpful! The rooms were well decorated with lots of room. We appreciated the treats that were left for us and recommended restaurant nearby, which was very enjoyable. Location was amazing.

It’s a long way up to the room and traffic, unfortunately, was being redirected to the street outside the accommodation which made it a little noisy. That being said, we would stay there again 😁

Apartman dairesinde ev rahatlığında güzel ve otantik bir ortamda kaldık

Tek kullanımlık terlik maalesef yoktu

Sol, who checked us in, was very helpful and professional! She was responsive, promptly addressing all our questions and offering valuable information about Florence’s sights, restaurants, and activities, which we appreciated. The apartment itself is nicely decorated and perfectly situated, just steps away from shops, restaurants, and many of the city’s major attractions, making it an ideal base for exploring.

A couple of issues severely impacted our stay. The electricity shuts off when you leave the apartment, which was a major inconvenience, preventing us from storing leftovers in the fridge or running the washing machine while sightseeing—a core advantage of choosing an Airbnb. This restriction was not disclosed in the listing’s details or description and was only communicated after we had booked, which was deeply frustrating as we would have selected a different property had we known. This was especially disappointing since the washer and dryer were a key reason for booking, and it forced us to lose part of a day exploring Florence because we urgently needed to wash clothes and had to stay in to do so. Additionally, the absence of hand soap which all AirBnBs provide forced us to purchase some at a nearby supermarket, adding to the inconvenience.
