The location was fantastic, close to restaurants, Ponte Vecchio and transport. The apartment looks lovely, it’s spacious but there were a lot of flaws.

The washing machine and dishwasher were both musty smelling. Dishwasher was actually dirty. Only one electrical socket fit our European adaptor, luckily we also had an adaptor for Switzerland with narrower pins. The floor in the bathroom outside the shower is dangerous, lifting and split. The air conditioner wasn’t very effective to cool the entire apartment. The cleaners came before check out time and knocked on the door and were not impressed that we weren’t quite ready. There was a false eyelash on one of the beds upstairs. Towels were stained with what looked like blood, which had been mentioned by a previous reviewer. We were given one roll of toilet paper for two people for two nights. We probably would not stay here again.

Sehr zentrale Lage, moderne geschmackvolle Einrichtung, großzügiger Wohnbereich

Schlafbereich sehr niedrig, Bidet nicht funktionsfähig, lediglich Regendusche u mäßiger Wasserdruck, die Unterkunft war schwer zu finden und der Zugang sehr mühsam, da niemand vor Ort

Everything, very modern, spotlessly clean and superb location

Nothing

Location

General sense of non-clearness and smelly bathroom
