Outstanding property perfect location WONDERFUL home! Can’t wait to come back!

The property was in great shape, very clean, comfortable and met our family’s needs well. Due to the cooler late October weather we spent more time inside. The living/great room was warm & cozy, we enjoyed the gas fireplace! The hot tub was inviting on the cool/colder nights to star gaze in comfort. The location near the Sunriver Village shops also was convenient and was only a short walk away. Thanks Rod for our stay.

We enjoyed 5 nights with our adult children and granddaughter. Loved the location close to the mall and SHARC swimming pools. Enjoyed the ping pong table and bikes. The house has lots of space and is well equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals.

We had a great time at Sunriver! The house was wonderful… clean, great amenities with an exceptional location! Bike/ walking paths out our back door, Sunriver village across the road so we were able to explore the shops and walk to dinner each night! Communication with the owner was seamless.

Everything was perfect. Really liked the location and we had two very minor issues and they were immediately taken care of. We had not stayed in Sunriver for many years but we will definitely be coming back soon!

Very spacious townhome within walking distance to the village and SHARC. We stayed for four nights and only used the car once (to go to the marina to rent kayaks). We loved being able to walk to the shops and restaurants. The community was very quiet and clean. The house itself was well laid out; you didn’t feel like you were on top of each other. I liked the large kitchen table for when we played cards at night

This is a very nice property right next to the Sunriver Mall. We would definitely rent it again. The owner was very responsive when we needed towels for the hot tub. The parking lot is right off the backyard, however, it was quiet and not an issue. There is a very nice well stocked kitchen and large 8 seat dining table. The three bedrooms upstairs are very comfortable and two of them have an attached bathroom. There is also a full bath at the top of the stairs which was used by the 3rd bedroom. The beds were comfortable. There is also a 1/2 bath on the main floor. The living room was a nice size and fit 6 adults comfortably. The deck outside is small and a table that seats 4, however, you could set a couple chairs on the grass if needed. There are two bikes so if you have a larger group bring your own or rent at the bike shop just steps away. The townhouse is large so we did not feel cramped even with 6 adults.

We had an absolutely wonderful time staying in this beautiful home. Wish we had more time to have used the hot tub, SHARQ, bike rides and other activities. The home was stocked with every need possible and the ping pong table was put to good use!

We LOVED our Sunriver stay in August. The location was PERFECT to get to the Village and Sharc, not to mention central for bike riding! Speaking of bikes, we were so pleased to have access to 2 bikes in the garage - we knew we'd need to rent and it was nice to only have one and a tow trailer to worry about. We rode everywhere. I loved how spacious this place was - we had the ability to spend time individually after busy full days, and not to mention FOUR bathrooms. A godsend for this mom of boys. The owner was so nice to work with throughout the process (including changing dates because plans changed). We can't wait to return again!

Great space, two masters and plenty of room to hang and entertain on the main floor. AC was wonderful, and patio and garage activity areas provided a variety for family activities for all.

We LOVED our stay! The house was perfect for our family of 6, 2 adults 4 kids. The house was very clean, spacious, comfortable and well stocked with anything we may need. For a mom with 4 kids, a well functioning and stocked kitchen is key, I was very happy with all that was provided. We loved the location as well, The village is literally right outside the back porch and SHARC is an easy 8 min walk. The hot tub was also a hit!

This was our second year in Sunriver and actually stayed in the property next to this one last year. The setup of these units is perfect for our group as there are two bedrooms with en-suites for the couples and a separate bedroom with a separate bathroom for our single guy. Plus you're right next to the village for shopping, eating and activities.
The unit was ready for us before the designated check in time which was great but didn't benefit us based on our travel time. Everything was very clean and stocked with anything you'd need to prepare meals. We also got a kick out of the towels shoved between the headboard and the wall in the king bedroom for when you need to be stealthy during 'business time' (Google it if you have no clue what I am talking about!). The only negative we had was that all of the mattresses were very firm. I would go with a medium firmness mattress to appeal to more sleepers. Unfortunately this is one thing that may prevent us from renting again as I can only handle so much of my husband's whining! :-)

Such a lovely, comfortable home to spend 5 days in. Can’t think of anything that could have made it better. Loved the well stocked kitchen, the sparklingly clean hot tub and comfortable beds’

Pretty house
The house and location were both really pretty. We loved looking at all the pictures hung around the property. There were a lot of extra rules that I haven’t seen at other vacation rentals.

Wonderful Stay
This home's location was fantastic! It's right next to the village and very close to the SHARC facility too. So many fun things in walking and/or biking distance! Home was clean, and had a great vibe to it! My family were comfortable and relaxed...and the host was responsive to questions and communicated well with us when we needed. Very helpful and knowledgeable of the area. I really recommend this place to stay in Sunriver! You won't regret it!!
