Kandi Palace

This location seems to grow on me. The room service staff are very accommodating. The location is easy access to restaurants and transportation is a breeze via local trike or a Grab car. The Door Men and Security are gracious, front desk folks seem always say hello when they see you.

I do wish the food was a bit better but you have so many local options it's not a deal breaker.

The housekeeping & FB staff were amazing.

Front desk personnel didn't seem friendly. Was as if I was a bother when I had a need.

Dinner was fantastic, view was great, rooms very clean.

upon check out there were 2 white people that looked to be management, one went up to the room and said 1 chocolate bar. While we didn't get charged for it, these 2 had nothing to say to us at all. Usually in my experience everyone has a positive attitude, asks how was your stay or something positive. Our flight got cancelled and I could've booked there, but I didn't only because it didn't seem like they appreciated our business. Besides that, everything was fantastic. The steps into the pool are very hard on the feet.
