Location, easy access and parking. The view was super from the balcony.
It is a bit small but I knew that when rented.

The location is great! Just a few minutes walk to a great little city beach. And about 15 minutes to Old Town. Also, there are several restaurants right there for breakfast, which is very convenient. Very helpful hosts. Reliable wifi. Very effective AC. Great place to stay! We loved the balcony and the view, also.
The parking is a little tight, but it is right there, steps from the elevator.
