Greg is very quick to respond he’s very reasonable and tries to help the best way he can I would most definitely request to book again

The unit is cute, but not as clean and new as advertised. Back yard needs lot of attention, dishes and utensils were not enough for 5 persons (there were literally three forks), so we had to run the dishwasher after every meal. Matresses are bouncy, so sleeping two in a bed was not comfortable at all. Check in and out was ok and the manager promptly responded to our texts...

My family and I enjoyed our stay. From the wonderful customer service provided by property management, the location to St Pete’s Beach/Treasure Island, and the property amenities, this property was a great find! I would definitely choose BA stays when I return to Pinellas County.

Very good stay!
Very happy to rent this property for almost 2 weeks.
Great price , very close to St Pete downtown (15 min drive), Tampa (20 min) .
Convenient for family (me, my wife and little son).
Greg (management) was on top of everything , very fast with responses and super polite.
Definitely i will recommend this property to everyone who is looking for clean , quite place for very attractive price.
