Hewitt Resort Naha

Struttura nuova e moderna, colazione molto varia e abbondante. La camera è moderna, pulita e spaziosa. Il resto della struttura (come ad esempio gli ascensori) li abbiamo sempre trovati sporchi con bicchieri o cartacce per terra. Disponibile all'ingresso una stazione gratuita con acqua fresca e the tisane.

Non tutto lo staff parla inglese ed è molto complicato comunicare. Ho prenotato questo hotel perchè come prima immagine su Booking hanno messo la piscina lasciando intendere che fosse inclusa; salvo poi scoprire che la piscina è accessibile solo a pagamento.

The location was very good being about a two minute walk to the monorail and just around the corner from the most interesting street in Naha. Lots of breakfasts choices if you eat meat.

The accommodation was described as one bedroom but it was just one room and was smaller than the photos. Huge bathroom of wasted space. We only booked because it said one bedroom. False advertising so we were very disappointed. We also thought it had a balcony but it didn’t. Breakfast is difficult if you don’t eat animals or animal products. The cafe/restaurant was rarely open and expensive. The bar only sat about 4 people inside, which is where you need to be as it rains a lot. Only went there once. Disappointing.

The location was excellent and within walking distance to main shopping destination. The breakfast was excellent with lots of hot and cold selections ranging from burger station to fresh fruit and pastries. Hotel staff were friendly, attentive and polite.

Semi good location

The 11th floor smelled like armpit. Elevators took forever and broke down. Buffet was not good. I had to check out a day early due to flight change and would discount the night I didn’t say.
