Room was good
Limited food, two bars and both were closed which means we had to go out or order in

The rooms are clean and staff are accommodating.
The rooms are small. The bathroom was tiny. I didn’t expect to be that small when we arrived. The room weren’t prepared. No towels, no toilet paper. I was told the towels won’t be available till 5pm. But then I still have to chased for it.

I like the accommodation especially the friendly employees and clean facilities. Added that the foods are good. Sulit sa price.
One more is that the bar "1998 Roofdeck Lounge" (nighttime)on the rooftop during our stay had an entertaining band, quality food and drinks were served, and a cozy ambiance.

When I had an issue with noise from the rooftop restaurant, the staff were quickly able to resolve this problem and relocate me to another room. Both rooms were a good size although I had nothing to put my luggage on in the second room, I had to leave it open on the floor which didn't really bother me.
I was initially given a room on the top floor which is usually a good thing for noise. But, the noise coming from the rooftop restaurant was not good. Firstly listening to them prepare for service in the afternoon, then the music and general chatter which was very loud. I did go the the staff in reception and they did move me.

Breakfast was very limited and in need of improvement. Dinner was cut short early and I could not order.

Cockroach welcomed us😐 in the room at the main door 🙄. Quite small room for family. Bidet holder is broken.Why not replace it immediately ?

Bothered daily about payment like they think not going to pay or something a bit insulting. Charged for pillow and blanket even since the bed had no sheet. No discounts no free breakfast. Pricy not the best location but ok I suppose. Front desk can be more friendly never smile nor greet..

Friendly staff. Room was ok but very basic and had a very small window.
Location is not that great. Compared to other accommodation in the Philippines I personally thought that the value for money was not in balans.

We stayed extra days and paid more. Was cheaper through booking.com. p250 per extra bed x 2 beds per night is p500 extra night x almost a week is pricy. Plus they charge extra for a sheet that bed didnt have and charged extra for pillow per night.The shower is too hot and the tub hard to get into. There is a bad odor that smells of a dead mouse and urine serms to be coming from bathroom wall or ceiling. I dont like that they charge a service charge on items that we buy in the mini cafe. Bought pringles already over priced at p220 and still added p20 service charge on top off that. Didn't bring it to room or anything just bought off counter.
Front desk could be more friendlier and not bother guest about advanced pymts.
Location a little far from everything. A bit overpriced. And hotel housekeepers only around 1/2 day.

clean, nice exterior decor, close to the airport , staff are civil
-No mat for placement outside bathroom door—providing this should be a no-brainer
-Just one towel when the booking was for a couple
-Having a simple lamp for low-key lighting instead of all-or-nothing room lights would be a great help

The staff are all curteous and always greet you with a smile.😀
It takes a while to sleep because of the noise coming from somewhere, like a videoke bar. That was the only thing, though it is not the fault of the hotel.

Helpful and friendly staff of the hotel.
The toilet seat was broken and repaired with... tape. The view from the room window was very bad, that is the reason why it is not visible on any pictures of the room. The advantage of the hotel is very friendly and helpful staff.
