We had 3 families staying at Brigadune for the week. Our unit was wonderful. Just as described and it worked well as a gathering room for our other family members. One of the nicest units we have stayed at Brigadune over the last 20 years. Terry is a great host and very responsive to texts. He even was able to help with an additional room when my sons’s room had air conditioning issues upon check in. I will definitely rent from Terry again and as always this building is the perfect location.

Love the area, stayed add Brigadune last year also. Only thing I didn’t like this year, the carpet was really nasty in the bedrooms, not just from wear. They really needed cleaning before it’s rented out.

Terry St. Clair was very accommodating! He has other properties in the building, which I am sure are up to high standards. Excellent layout, furnishings to accommodate our family. Love the heated pool and ease of access to the beach.

Brigadune is a great building. Owners are friendly and helpful to us transients. Condo was clean, comfortable and spacious. I would definitely rent from Terry again.

Our stay at the Brigadune property could not have been better! The owner of the condo was very proactive and helpful to us and the property did not disappoint - it was beautiful, included many details, along with an ample supply of linens, etc. Thank you, Terry, for making our stay there enjoyable!

We traveled with our adult children and one fiancée’. Everyone had their own space so we weren’t on top of each other. The location was great! We have stayed in this area before, and it’s close to everything and just steps from the beach!

We just stayed at this property for a family vacation. We were so happy here! The location is right on the beach, and the balcony has a wonderful view of the ocean. Everything was clean, and we had everything we needed (and then a few things we forgot about!) We definitely plan to stay here again!

Wonderful Stay!
My husband and I were both very pleased with our stay at Brigadune 7A. The condo was clean, the kitchen was well equipped, and the rooms were perfectly arranged for our guests. This was a last minute stay for us, but check in was quick and easy and our week was wonderful!

A few short steps to the beach. Beautiful location and quiet. The host was easy to communicate with if there were any questions. The condo was lovely and had everything we needed. We will be back at some point in the future.

Beautiful Condo
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Myrtle Beach. The condo is very upscale, spotlessly clean, and nicely located. The only beef we had was with the check-in process. The keys to the condo were left at the Brigadune front office. Check-in time was at 3:00 PM on Saturday and we arrived at 3:15 PM. Unfortunately, there was nobody in the front office and they did not respond to attempted contacts via the provided call box or by phone. The Brigadune office person on duty finally showed up a bit after 4:00 PM to give us our keys. After that initial glitch, it was smooth sailing for the rest of the week. You can't go wrong with booking this beautiful condo for your vacation.

Couldn’t be happier with our stay
The unit was clean and beautifully decorated. More than enough room for a family of four. So glad we decided to stay on the north end of the beach. Very family friendly.

Wonderful family vacation
We loved staying in 7A! It was a beautiful unit and the owner was very easy to work with. Things we especially enjoyed were the well equipped kitchen, the comfortable furniture, the washer/dryer and the spaciousness of the unit. There were plenty of towels and the unit was very clean. We also rented 10F from the same owner and it was equally nice.

Great week at the beach!
Unit 7A at the Brigadune was perfect! The unit had absolutely everything we needed and more. The kitchen was well equipped with all cooking and eating utensils, dishwasher pods and dish soap. There were an over abundance of towels for our family of six. The unit is very well maintained and clean. Terry is very organized and makes sure you have everything you need for your arrival and stay in his unit. The grounds at the Brigadune are well maintained, the pool is clean and staff are friendly. We’ve been coming to Myrtle Beach for over 25 years and this is by far the best place we’ve stayed both the unit and location on the beach. I look forward to coming back!!!

We loved EVERYTHING!!!!
Two little things we noticed was the ice and water tasted funny which also affected the glasses and dishes and we didn’t feel like the dishwasher did a very good job but we washed mostly by hand!! I hate to even mention these things but thought you would like the feedback!!! We would DEFINITELY like to book with you again!!!!

Great, clean property
One of the best experiences. Only drawback was there was someone below us that was smoking on the balcony and it impacted our ability to enjoy the balcony.

Great beachfront Condo!
We have stayed at The Brigadune for many years but this was the first time in this unit. It is beautifully renovated, nicely maintained and well equipped. You can't go wrong staying in this unit. The Owners are very responsive and nice to deal with. I highly recommend Unit 7A.

Beautiful condo in a great area.
We have stayed in Brigadune unit 7A previously and keep going back.... it's beautiful. Plenty of space for everyone and well decorated and equipped. The unit was very clean. There's a big balcony with plenty of seating. We booked again for next year!

One of the best!
I've been using VRBO to book our vacations for years, this condo is by far the best experience we've had. The condo is pristine, spacious, and in a fantastic location. Thank you Terry for making our stay so enjoyable - we will definitely be back!

Excellent!
Beautifully maintained condo with every comfort in a wonderful building. The owners of this unit are terrific people and we enjoyed our winter here. Cannot beat morning coffee on the balcony watching the dolphins swim by just a few feet away!

Great views with easy beach access - lovely unit
This was our third year at this unit. It's nicely decorated and includes upgraded finishes which were installed within the past few years. The unit also includes a washer and dryer which is extremely helpful for a beach vacation. We loved the linens this year. Owner was very responsive and helpful.
Just down the elevator and out the doors is the pool and beach. Doesn't get easier than that....
