Very good location, friendly staff, super nice apartment.
The entrance is on a small town road. When you arrive you better bring your luggage to the shop besides the entry and then go to park the car if you have heavy luggage. But this isn’t really a big problem.

Just book it. One of the best places we have stayed. They have thought of everything. Modern huge amazing balcony perfect location. Close to parking but right on the water.

Location was awesome. The room was clean and the patio was spacious, even though the hot tub didn't work.
We had a few issues during our stay:
First, the hot tub didn't work and wouldn't heat up our entire stay. I messaged the host to let them know, and they said they would send someone to fix it. The next day, a technician came by apparently during the day while we were gone. When we came back, the hot tub still didn't work, and when I reached out to the host they told me the hot tub was still usable even though it wouldn't heat past 33° Celsius. Their argument was that the jets still worked and there was still water, so the hot tub was still usable. Last time I checked, the main purpose of a hot tub is to have HOT water. I had mainly booked this room to due to the hot tub on the patio. This was a huge disappointment.
Second, the A/C was poor, and we had to run it at full blast 24- hours a day for the room to get to a comfortable temperature. This was OK, but still not up to the standard of a "luxury" experience.
Third, the wifi was spotty, and the last day of our stay it wouldn't work at all. When I mentioned this to the host they said "no one else has complained about the wifi." I'm happy others had a better experience than we did.
I also want to make others aware when booking - not all of the suites have a view of the bay. 2 of them are facing the road and have no view of the water. I made the mistake of booking and then reading the fine print. Be aware that you might not get the view you want.
For the price this was pretty ridiculous. I wouldn't consider this a "luxury" stay at all. Customer service was rude and frankly the room itself minus the hot tub was average at best.
For our issues, the host offered to take care of the cost of our parking pass. This was a total of 20€. How kind.
