Very cozy condo with a nice screened in back porch perfect for sitting outside and enjoying the sun. Modern appliances and any amenities you may need during your stay. In walking distance to downtown Saugatuck, as well as right next to downtown Douglas.

The house was cleaned, but seemed like a few spots had been missed. The water spouts on the sink and on the water dispenser on the fridge had buildup on them. When we arrived, the security sensor was alerting that new batteries were needed in one or more sensors. The hot water in the shower did not last longer than 10 minutes.

Clean and comfortable. Many amenities include like washer and dryer, hair dryer full kitchen. Easy access to the location and a lot of things to do close buy.

Toilet paper holder was in an odd place.

Loved the fact that 25 mins walking you are at the beach, or Saugatuck downtown. Douglas was a lovely walkable surprise and the house was clean and well maintained. The agent kept sending useful information before and during the stay. Just be aware that it might be too small for 4 people (the sleeper is not very comfortable and occupy all the space). Other than that I highly recommend this place.

If there is people staying in the apartment above you can hear a lot of noise from the ceiling just by them walking around. There was no regular coffee machine so it was difficult to prepare. The sleeper is not on the best condition so is not comfortable and keeps all the space in the lounging area.
