The close proximity to what we were looking to do. Right on the beach. Gorgeous view of the sunrise.
Even though being right on the beach overlooking the Ocean, we couldn't enjoy the balcony due to the sliding door was broken. Would've loved to watch the sunrise from the balcony instead of getting dressed to head onto the Beach.

The view of the ocean was nice and the room was clean.
The property is in bad looking shape I assume due to renovation. The air conditioners are rusted causing pieces to fall onto the balcony. Ice machine are broken. WiFi didn’t work. Also the pool was closed the entire time. Lack of accommodations for the residents.
